How downloads are counted
Each time you download a product file with your subscription, it counts as one download. Downloading the same product again counts again. Products you bought separately never use your subscription limit.

When the daily limit resets
Your count starts again from zero every day at 00:00 UTC. Unused downloads do not carry over to the next day.
One month per payment
Renewal
Each payment gives you one month of access, starting when the payment is confirmed. We do not charge your card automatically, so downloads stop when the month ends unless you subscribe again. If you cancel early, you still keep access until the month you paid for is over.

Questions, answered
What products and source files are included?
Every published Gambolthemes template, theme and script that has a downloadable file. 24 products qualify right now. The catalogue is Gambolthemes' own products. Where a product ships editable source files, they are in the download; check "Files included" on the product page.
How do download limits and resets work?
Each plan has a daily download limit (Starter: 10, Professional: 20, Business: 50). Every file download counts as one, and the count resets every day at 00:00 UTC. If you reach the limit, you can download again after the reset.
Can I use subscription downloads in client projects?
Subscription downloads include the Standard (Regular) License only. Under it you can use a product in unlimited personal projects and in a single commercial end product, which means one website, one application or one client project. You can modify it for that project, but you cannot resell, redistribute or sublicense it.
The Extended License is never part of a subscription. If you need an unlimited number of commercial products, or SaaS use, buy the Extended License for that product separately. The full wording is in section 6 of our Terms.
What happens when I cancel or my plan expires?
You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, you can no longer download new files with the subscription.
Files you downloaded while subscribed stay yours to use under their license terms.
Plans do not renew automatically: when a paid month ends, access ends unless you subscribe again.
Do I get updates and support?
While your subscription is active you can re-download updated versions of products. Each re-download counts toward your daily limit.

What is the refund policy?
Our Refund Policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid purchases, subject to the conditions listed there. To ask for a refund on a subscription payment, contact support and we will review the request against that policy. Please contact us before filing a payment dispute with your bank.
Can my team share one plan?
No. A subscription belongs to one account, and none of the plans include team seats or shared licenses.
Which currency and taxes apply?
Plans are priced and charged in USD. At checkout you choose your billing country, and any tax that applies is added and shown before you pay.
