Northwind began at a shared kitchen table in 2015. A decade later, the same three people still review every product that leaves the studio.

Priya left a comfortable consulting career after watching small teams lose months to tools that were never built for them. She sketched the first Northwind product on a napkin and still opens every board meeting with a customer story, not a number.

02 — Chief Technology Officer
Daniel taught himself to code on a borrowed laptop in Lagos and went on to scale infrastructure for two payment startups. He believes boring technology is a feature, and has kept our uptime above 99.98% for six straight years.

Lena trained as an architect in Stuttgart before moving into product design. She treats every interface like a building: it should feel obvious to enter, pleasant to stay in, and quietly kind to the people who maintain it.
